You’re likely in the Growing stage if translation work is regular, multiple stakeholders touch content, and delivery depends on coordination across people and file types. You may already have some assets and routines, but they aren’t strong enough to prevent variance across releases. The result: the same issues keep returning even when “good people” are involved.
