Mid Scale Projects
We consider anything between 10.000 and 50.000 (~40-200 pages) to be Mid Scale Projects.
Including Desktop Publishing (if applicable) we can achieve delivery in under 5 businessdays after our quote has been accepted.
Defining Quality:
For mid-scale projects, we define success through Language Quality and Operational Quality. Language Quality is measured against recognized LQA models (e.g., LISA/TAUS categories), while Operational Quality focuses on consistency, asset use, terminology control, and release readiness. We agree upfront which content types require higher assurance and which can follow a leaner approach.
Achieving Quality:
We combine proven workflows with light governance. That usually includes a quick asset and risk check (TM/TB/style/requirements), intentional staffing (lead linguist + support linguists where needed), and a controlled feedback loop so recurring issues are resolved at the source rather than debated repeatedly in review. This is where mid-scale projects often win or lose time: clarity early prevents churn later.
Measuring Quality:
Instead of full-scale arbitration on everything, we apply targeted measurement: sampling-based LQA on high-impact content, consistency checks on terminology and style application, and optional expanded LQA coverage when risk is high (regulated, customer-facing, or conversion-critical content). If requested, deliverables can also undergo our Fully Arbitrated and Anonymized LQA (Triangulation) Scheme for independent benchmarking.
