We qualify and assign linguists through a documented selection process based on competence and role-fit, not guesswork. Where qualification requires evidence beyond prior history, we use test translations evaluated with predefined LQA error typologies and default weighting modes per content type (e.g., legal vs marketing vs UI), so assessment is consistent and fit-for-purpose. Onboarding is standardized: NDA coverage before any content is shared, secure file handling, and a minimum briefing package that reduces misinterpretation. We then maintain quality longitudinally through ongoing assessment signals, structured feedback capture, and continuous asset upkeep (glossary/style/TM) — so consistency improves rather than resets from project to project.
Our Advanced Vendor Management option is built around a structured qualification workflow we call the Fully Arbitrated and Anonymized LQA Triangulation Scheme. Instead of relying on a single reviewer’s judgment, we place three linguists into a controlled loop where each one works as translator, reviewer, and arbiter. They check and challenge each other’s decisions, and conflicts are resolved through arbitration rather than opinion. The outcome is a comparative scorecard for each linguist—pass/fail, ranking, quality score, delivery speed, coverage, and role recommendation—so staffing decisions are based on observed performance in a realistic workflow, not credentials or self-claims.
